Secure management email solution

Most spam today comes from cybercriminals running botnets with sophisticated network infrastructures sending out millions of emails attempting to penetrate networks from large enterprises to the SMB.

With Norman Email Protection 5.0, an effective defense is put in place when the solution analyzes email IP reputation based on real-time activity. Sender Reputation System servers are updated every five minutes providing an instant reaction and protection from new spam waves.

With frequent database updates, SRS may also rapidly elect to clear email from recently cleaned computers and hosts which have become botnet-free. These ultra-fast reaction times means the SRS is the ideal counter-measure to email attacks. SRS operates at the connection level and requires few computing resources. Emails originating from known spammers can be automatically rejected or quarantined.

The most innovative idea in the past 10 years
Stuxnet - A new generation of malware
Stuxnet has been successful in targeting industrial operations around the world using SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems. To date Stuxnet has spread from computer to computer via USB memory sticks and through copying itself to new networks protected by weak passwords.

Stuxnet, which comes with a rootkit, could be used by cyber criminals or a hostile nation state to disrupt operations in power plant, chemical manufacturing and other critical industrial systems.
